The Islamist

I started reading a book over the weekend that was recommended to me by a friend titled "The Islamist" written by Muhammed (Ed) Husain. It’s a biography of his venture in to the world of the Islamist movement within the UK. I’ve only reached chapter 4 but subhanullah, it’s pretty frightening to read about the level of cult like brainwashing that takes place and how they go as far as turning children against their parents.

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t more worried about raising my daughter as traditional Muslima in this age of corruption, personal agendas and overall fitna.

I will post a review of the book upon completion insha’Allah.

May Allah (swt) protect us from the shayteen jin and the shayteen ints (Satan’s henchmen both demon and human) Ameen.

I’ve since finished the book and will have a review posted shortly insha’Allah.
